In my second trip to Indonesia I planned to visit the famous temples of Borobudur and Prambanan.I flew from Singapore to Yogyakarta Adisuscpito Airport on a week Day afternoon. As usual I took the Local Public Transport TransJogja bus no 3A which went through the city and after spending a full 50 minutes finally reached the Ngabean Bus station in the western part of the city.It cost just Rp 3600 only to see the city.
From there you can take a Becak who will ask minimum Rp 5000 and if you negotiate will come for Rp 3000.The hostel is at a walkable distance and if you do not have any baggage you can cross the Multi level parking and reach the signal. You start walking straight and will reach this EDU Hostels on the left side.
This hostel has a good selection of private rooms and dormitories. The hostel provides free breakfast and you have choices to choose from.Every room is provided with shower and toilets separately. The room has a air conditioner and you can choose to put it on or of which is boon for a traveller who decides to spend a day off in the room itself.

You have small cafeteria and tables to sit and enjoy your coffee, noodles or write your Travel Diaries and fully air conditioned. At all levels near the lift and stars there are big displays which tells you about the places of interest and how far from the Hostel.
You can have your free breakfast in the Penthouse area in the topmost floor of the Hostel with a pool of water which flows down and the view is quite enchanting. You can see the Mount Merapi at a distance and watch planes land and take off at regular intervals lying on the beach chairs.
The restaurant at this level operates only in the morning hours and all other times it is locked. You get free drinking water in this area. The hostel is very very clean throughout and the employees work round the clock. The young boys and girls do these chores as part of their training in their college curriculum.
So the students English is excellent and they try to brush their skill while learning the Hospitality. This Hostel is very near to the Maliboro street which is the centre of attraction in Yogyakarta. It is very near to the places of attractions and one can walk or take a Becak.
