First one being Bangkok in Thailand.,My Hostel was conveniently located in the china town area near Putrajaya Bus and Train Terminus. I was pleasantly surprised to be right beside the Petaling Street where one can experience an array of delicious local Vegetarian Food.

The stalls are spread over both sides of the road and food courts with fresh fried curries and overflowing local branded chilled Beers served by Brand Ambassadors at very very cheap prices are also available..Kuala Lumpur has an extensive and affordable rail and bus system within the city.  I was very lucky that The KL Central was conveniently located only a ten minute’s walk away. . I was lucky in that one of the branches, the Rapid KL’s Monorail Line, was conveniently located only a ten minute’s walk away. The KL Monorail line is a 8.6 km sky rail that passes through 11 different stations, and so I got some excellent views of the city which otherwise may not have experienced. To see this one must go to the end rail car and can view the skyscrapers passing by through the glass front..And all this trains are unmanned.

Contrary to what everyone believes I was able visit a popular tourist attraction in Malaysia called the Batu Caves via public transport. In order to get there I had to take the KL Monorail Line and then connect to the KTM Komuter at KL Sentral Station

After arriving I had to  climb a  very steep set of steps(340 in total) to the Batu Caves, that  took my energy out ,I was able to visit the shrines under heavy downpour which are common here. Even though the rain lasted only few minutes

If you are lucky you can witness marriage ceremonies taking place on auspicious days at the foot of the temple..I was amazed at the opening in the ceiling at the back of the cave which revealed the forest top of the hill. Be careful as the floor is always wet with water seeping through the rocks.

One should see the city Skyline from the top of the hill and its breathtaking view will make everyone to be immersed in golden memories of the past
